Who can book?
Anyone aged 18 or over. Every guest must be an adult, must be present by choice and must agree to the house rules before the session starts.
Is it private and discreet?
Yes. Bookings are private, and we only use your details to answer your enquiry and arrange your visit. We never share them.
How do I book?
Send an enquiry from the Booking page with the date, time and length you want. We reply by email with availability and the terms. There is no online payment on this site.
How much does it cost?
The Standard suite is £100 per hour and the Executive suite is £150 per hour. The Overnight suite is £350 from 10pm to 8am, and the 24-hour King reservation is £500 with a three-course meal, drinks, and access to the gym and the swimming pool. If you secure at least 3 hours in any suite choice, the overnight reservation or the 24-hour reservation, you get a free day of your choice for the same reservation.
What equipment is in the suites?
Each suite is fully equipped with furniture, restraints and impact toys suited to its theme. The Gallery shows what to expect, and you can ask us about a specific item in your enquiry.
Can I bring my own toys and outfits?
Yes. Please tell us in your enquiry what you plan to bring so we can confirm it suits the suite you have chosen.
What are the house rules?
Consent comes first and is ongoing. No illegal activity, no illegal drugs, no unsafe play and no harm to the property. Guests who ignore the rules will be asked to leave.
How are the suites kept clean?
Suites are cleaned and reset between every booking. If you have a question about materials or cleaning, ask us when we reply.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Email or call us as early as you can. We will confirm the cancellation and rebooking terms when we send your booking details.
Can I film or take photos?
Tell us about it in your enquiry so we can agree what is allowed before you arrive.

We have more than a hundred branches across the United Kingdom, with suitable spaces for your session wherever you are. Tell us which area you prefer and we will point you to the nearest one.
